Effective immediately, data transmissions on the following cash indexes have resumed:

S&P Europe 350 Shariah Index (SPESH)                                      SHE

S&P Japan 500 Shariah Index (SPJSH)                                        SHJ

On September 13, 2006, in MDP notice (Q2006-153), distributors were advised of the immediate interruption of data transmissions on these indexes.
